Lance Baker returns for one year only. Jack Helbig wrote "Baker follows Sedaris' lead but creates his own version of the writer's bitchy wit as he describes signing up for the most humiliating holiday job around…. The resulting character, half Baker and half Sedaris, is almost as winning as Sedaris himself… in the end he was getting laughs with lines I thought only Sedaris could make funny." This year he takes over the role of the Elf in our production of this acerbic classic of the trials and traumas of the professionally cheery at a time of year when patience is low and tensions are high. Don't miss this command performance.

We'll even make it easier on you. New actor, new production, we need *you*as a guinea pig. Call the box office for any preview performance (November 17th and 18th at 7:30 or the 19th at 3) and say "I heart Elves". You can see the show for only $8 in a special pre-Turkey dinner rate. That's right, ten American smackeroos for Chicago's best Christmas show experience. If you can't join us that soon, come by for the regular run.

Opens November 24th at Theatre Building Chicago 1225 W Belmont
*Performance Times* Thursdays @ 7:30 Fridays & Saturdays @ 7:30 & 9:30 Sundays @ 3 & 7

All performances $24 Note: there is no performance December 24th

David Sedaris' holiday classic routinely sells out! Call *773-327-5252* or visit our web site before you miss out!
